WHAT IS KITCHEN LTO?
Kitchen LTO is a permanent pop-up restaurant that reinvents itself twice per year and gives a rotating home to up-and-coming chef and artist talent and their ideas.
Essentially, the entire restaurant is “Limited Time Only”, where a new restaurant is born every six months. Twice per year, a new chef rotates in and introduces a new menu concept. Simultaneously, a new artist transforms the interior walls. Applicants are screened by our selection committee for qualifications and then a winning chef and artist is announced.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Each chef and artist application is screened for qualifications.
- Choosing from the long list of applicants, a panel of judges holds a chef tasting and artist review.
- The new talent is live in the restaurant for a limited time of only 6 months!
